Booking Your Spot
To keep things smooth on entry, we offer ticket slots—grab yours on the event page and bring your email confirmation when you arrive. One person per booking, so if you’re planning to shop with a mate or family member, they’ll need to book separately. Walk-ins are welcome, too, but be prepared for a wait. It’s first-come, first-served—just drop by during opening hours.

Big coats, jackets, and bags? You’ll need to check them into our cloakroom. Smaller essentials like phones and wallets stay with you, and if you need a little carrier bag, we’ve got you covered.
All Sales Final.
Everything’s sold as-is—no refunds, exchanges, or credit notes. But don’t worry, we’ve got private changing rooms, so you can try them out before you buy.
